Middle-of-the-Night Insomnia – Insomnia characterized by difficulty returning to sleep after awakening in the middle of the night or waking too early in the morning. Also referred to as nocturnal awakenings. Encompasses middle and terminal insomnia.
oh crappy. everytime i go to bed i think about TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. i think about scout and atticus. D: its so hard for me to sleep when my mind is racing i mean literally RACING through work.
its not helping me. i’m so tired at night and yet it wants to work. i dont know how to kill this sleep disorder.
